Although the peritoneum and has a significant reparative potential, it is important to know that the aggressive effect of dialysate in peritoneal detoxification, on average, on porosity 5-6 years leads to total peritoneal sclerosis — an irreversible process. Therefore, the limitation of part of the peritoneum from the aggressive effects of dialysis solution with a view to its further use is an important task of the present in nephrology. The authors in the study created on the experimental animals the model of sealing separation of the upper and lower floors by the application of omentoperitoneopeexia, created a strong and sealed compound using their own tissues. Omentoperitoneopexiya was technically performed by two methods: ligaturn or bioelectric welding of tissue.
