The clinical investigation of the effectiveness of the use of xenogeneous osteoplastic material BIOPLAST-DENT has been carried out with application of the method of direct implantation with delayed loading. In this experimental study, 31 patients participated, of which 15 consisted of men who had installed 29 implants; and 16 women, with the placement of 30 implants. The largest number of implants has been installed in patients aged 25 to 45 years. According to the history of the disease, all patients were without concomitant somatic diseases, which could be contraindications to dental implantation. Evaluation of the quality of osteointegration of implants was carried out by the following clinical methods: the determination of the depth index of the probing biological width of the implant and the bleeding of the gums; X-ray examination by computer tomography, visualization and panoramic radiography; functional research by the frequency-resonance analyzer method; Statistical data processing by the Student t-Fisher test. The results of a clinical study showed a positive dynamics of osteointegration in a perimplant defect.
