IMMUNOLOGICAL CONTROL OF INFLAMMATORY CYTOKINES IN CHILDREN WITH ASTHMA

In immunogenesis asthma in children are increa singly paying attention to the researchers cytokines sensitized T lymphocyte — tumor necrosis factor — a (TNF-α), interleukin 4 (IL-4) and interleukin 1b (IL-1b). Hyperproduction these cytokines in the body of children with asthma, according to the physiological mechanisms should be regulated by the immune system itself, its humoral antibodies through the control of pro-inflammatory cytokines. To study the level of pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-4, IL-1b serum and immunological control antibodies in different clinical forms and degrees of severity of asthma. In asthma in children in the period of aggravation is an increase in the level of proinflammatory cytokines in the blood serum, rising from mild to severe disease. The immune system in children with asthma, exercise control antibody anti-inflammatory cytokines, the accuracy of which is defined by moderate and severe asthma, confirming their participation in the pathogenesis of this disease. Studies are promising and have great practical significance for the development of new approaches to the treatment of this disease and clarify the mechanisms of action of the pharmacological agents.
