Strangulation asphyxia is both a medical, and social problem, which is extended around the world and cared by scientists of the different industries not one century. Strangle asphyxia holds the first places among death cases from mechanical damages and also the first place among suicide cases and other kinds of mechanical asphyxia. Now diagnostics of lifetime origin of strangulations and asphyctic states consists of many separate morphological features, the majority of which can also be met at other types of death. Not rather careful researches of the dead, not accounting of the general condition of an organism, presence the alcoholic or narcotic intoxication and so on at the time of emergence of an asphictic state, identification of some separate macroscopic and histologic signs not give the chance to approve its lifetime origin. Therefore use of modern methods of a research have to expand possibilities of forensic diagnostics of lifetime damages in terms of evidential medicine and provide to forensic scientists scientific justification of their results. One of such methods is immunohistochemical examination, which is at the right time quite widespread in morphological researches in the leading
countries of the world, however in the majority it is used on practice for the purpose of differential diagnosis of tumors. Separate scientific works in the field of forensic medicine prove expediency of use of an immunohistochemical method for the solution of tasks of medico-legal expert practice which is a time-caused relevant scientific practical task.
