INFLUENCE OF THE DRUG OF SODIUM DICLOFENAC IN A DOSE DL100 AND DL50 ON MECHANISMS OF DIFFERENTIATION OF CELLS OF RED BONE MARROW CELLS OF RATS IN VITRO

The hematopoietic system is a wide range of cells that perform certain functions in the body, in particular maintaining a constant internal environment, oxygen transfer, protection against foreign proteins and antigens. Non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs are represented by many varieties on the pharmaceutical market, but the most commonly used drug is diclofenac sodium. It is used in short courses for several days, but some diseases require an appointment for years. The aim of the work was to study the effect of the drug diclofenac sodium in a dose of DL100 and DL50 on erythrocyte cells (reticulocytes, erythroblasts), the erythrocyte maturation index, and the leuko-erythrocyte index of rat bone marrow cell cultures in vitro for a short course of 4 days. The studies were conducted in vitro on bone marrow cell cultures of white rats 6 months old. During the experiment, a negative effect of the drug at a dose of DL100 and DL50 on the studied group of cells and their quantitative indicators in comparison with the comparison group was established. On the contrary, the number of erythroblasts has increased, which can be interpreted in favor of inhibition of the process of differentiation of cells, red blood cell precursors. There is a direct correlation between the increase in the number of erythroblasts depending on the dose; under the influence of DL100, the number of cells was greater than when using DL50. Most likely, this is observed due to the blocking of factors contributing to the maturation of erythroblast in a more mature form. During the experiment, the negative effect of the drug diclofenac sodium on the studied culture of rat bone marrow cells in vitro at a dose of DL100 and DL50 was established. The established clear dependence of the negative effect of the drug on the dose.
